These Terms of Service govern your use of Yorra, a social network
where every profile has its own creator token. By connecting a
wallet, creating a profile or launching a creator token you agree
to them.
Creating a profile launches a creator token. Before you do, Yorra
asks you to confirm that you have read these terms; that
confirmation is recorded with the version of the terms you agreed
to and the details of the launch you reviewed.
2.
Eligibility and legal compliance
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you
live, and legally permitted to use services like Yorra and to
hold and trade digital assets.
You may not use Yorra if you are subject to sanctions, or from a
place where using it would be unlawful.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with the
laws that apply to you, including tax, securities,
consumer-protection and advertising rules.
3.
Your wallet and its security
Your wallet is your account. Yorra never has your private keys
or seed phrase and cannot recover a lost wallet or reverse a
transaction.
Every transaction is prepared for you to review and is signed by
you in your own wallet. Check what you sign.
Keep your wallet secure. Anything done with it is treated as
done by you.
4.
One wallet, one profile
One wallet can create one profile, and each profile has one
creator token.
A username becomes permanent once the profile is live. It cannot
be transferred, renamed or reused.
Creating or controlling profiles to mislead others, or to get
around a suspension, is not allowed.
5.
Creator responsibilities
You are responsible for your profile, your posts and anything
you say about your token.
Do not promise returns, profits or future value, and do not
present your token as an investment.
Disclose material relationships when you promote anything, and
follow the rules that apply to promotion where you live.
6.
Content and acceptable use
No spam, scams, impersonation, harassment, hate, sexual content
involving minors, or illegal content.
No attempts to manipulate engagement, to disrupt the service, or
to access what is not yours.
You keep ownership of what you post and give Yorra the
permission it needs to host and display it.
7.
Creator token launches
A launch deploys a real token through Pons, a third-party
protocol on Robinhood Chain that Yorra does not operate or
control. The token's name, ticker, artwork, description and
links are taken from your profile as shown before you confirm.
The token is paired with ETH. It starts on a bonding curve and,
if the curve completes, moves to a Uniswap V4 pool according to
Pons' rules.
Launching costs a Pons launch fee plus network fees, paid from
your wallet.
8.
Creator fee
You choose a creator fee within the limit Pons sets at the time.
It is applied to trades of your token according to Pons' rules.
The creator fee is fixed when your token launches and cannot be
changed afterwards.
9.
Initial purchase
You may choose an opening buy of your own token. It is a
separate transaction that you confirm after your profile is
live, priced by the curve at that moment.
The opening buy is optional. If you skip it, or it fails, your
profile and token remain live.
10.
Volatility and loss
Token prices can change quickly and can fall to zero. You may
lose everything you put in.
Liquidity is not guaranteed. You may be unable to sell when you
want, or at the price you want.
Nothing on Yorra is investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
11.
Pons, Robinhood Chain and other third parties
Smart contracts, blockchains, wallets, price sources and other
services Yorra relies on can fail, change, be exploited or
become unavailable. Yorra is not responsible for them.
Market figures shown on Yorra are read from the chain and from
public price references. They can be delayed or wrong, and
dollar values are estimates based on an ETH/USD reference.
12.
Network and protocol fees
Network (gas) fees and Pons protocol fees apply to launches and
trades. They are set by those networks and protocols, not by
Yorra, and can change.
Fees paid for a transaction that fails are generally not
refundable.
13.
Market manipulation and fraud
Do not manipulate prices or activity: no wash trading,
coordinated pumps, misleading claims, fake engagement or
front-running schemes.
Do not use Yorra to defraud anyone, including by impersonation
or by promoting tokens you misrepresent.
14.
Moderation and suspension
Yorra may hide content, suspend profiles or block wallets that
break these terms or the law, and may cooperate with lawful
requests.
Suspension affects your Yorra profile and its visibility. It
does not change anything on chain, and your token continues to
exist on Robinhood Chain.
15.
Service availability
Yorra is provided as is and as available. Features can change,
be paused or be discontinued.
Yorra may be unavailable at times, and launches or trading
inside Yorra may be paused when the network or Pons cannot be
reached.
16.
Liability and risk disclosures
To the extent the law allows, Yorra and the people who build it
are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses
arising from token prices, blockchain transactions, third-party
protocols or wallets, or for anything you do with your wallet.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of
this section may not apply to you.
17.
Changes to these terms
Yorra may update these terms. Each version has a version
identifier and an effective date shown on this page.
When the terms change, you are asked to agree to the new version
before you prepare a new launch. A launch you have already
submitted on chain is not affected.
